MEN INVESTIGATION: When Beetham Tower arrived on Deansgate twenty years ago, it meant business. The first residential skyscraper in Manchester, it introduced the concept of swanky inner-city living. But years after a case at the High Court, leaseholders say they are trapped, unable to sell their homes and paying skyrocketing service charges due to defects that were never permanently fixed.
